This solid build kit has all the things that make it Good and Strong. At the center is the quick release 36h Shimano FS-RH400 front hub with a 100 mm axle, with cup and cone and bearings that, with a little maintenance, will stand the test of time . The spokes are double butted Sapim Race (2.0/1.8/2.0) , selected for durability. The rim is a silver 700c Sun Ringle CR-18, known for its value and toughness. This wheel is great for giving a refresh to an older 90’s hybrid or touring bike.
This kit meets the sweet spot between price and durability. Great for touring and general abuse.
This kit includes a hub, rim, spokes/nipples and rim tape.
