Velolento LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates wheelbuildingkit.com (the
“Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we
use it, and the choices you have.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you browse, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:
- Information you provide directly: name, shipping and billing address,
email address, phone number, and order details. - Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store
full payment card numbers on our servers. - Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device
information, pages viewed, and similar data collected through cookies and
similar technologies. - Communications: messages you send us by email or contact form.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you
about your order, provide customer support, calculate and remit sales tax,
prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, measure the performance of our
advertising, show relevant ads to people who have previously visited the
Site, and (if you opt in) send marketing communications.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We share information only as needed to run the Site, including with:
- Payment processing: [Stripe and PayPal]. WooCommerce is the software
platform that runs our store. - Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, and others, to deliver orders.
- TaxJar, for sales tax calculation and reporting.
- HostGator and Cloudflare, for site hosting and security.
- Google, for advertising and website analytics, as described below.
ADVERTISING AND REMARKETING
We use Google Ads and other third-party vendors to show ads for our curated
bicycle wheel building kits across the internet. These third-party vendors,
including Google, use cookies and/or device identifiers to serve ads based
on your past visits to wheelbuildingkit.com. These cookies are set by Google
and other vendors rather than by us, so clearing cookies associated only
with our site will not by itself stop them.
Advertising cookies are set when you visit the Site. You can opt out at any
time using the links below, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your

We ship within the United States only.
DATA RETENTION
We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to fulfill orders
and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize
them.
CHILDREN
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect their information.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new
“last updated” date.
