After searching around for inexpensive truing stands, we have chosen to offer this one.\u00a0 This stand is pretty basic but it’s solid. It’s not the fanciest, and really it does the job pretty much as well as anything else. It also offers a little more ease of use of the bike forks \/ frame method of truing a wheel.<\/p>\n

If you plan to use this with one of our thru axle builds, be sure to buy one of our 12mm axle adapters, either this one<\/a> or that one<\/a>. This will adapt the hub to to fit this stand which is designed for QR hubs. Also you can use them to make 12mm thru axle hubs compatible with QR dropouts.<\/p>\n

You may need to attach it to a work bench or a small board to make it more stable.<\/p>\n
