This simple, inexpensive little sliver wonder will set you free. It works with most old-school long-cage derailleurs\u00a0 meant for 3 x drive trains by dropping them a little lower off the derailleur hanger, allowing it to work with larger cassettes.\u00a0 \u00a0It takes a little bit of skill to dial it in, you know with those three adjustment screws and a proper chain length, but once you do, it&#8217;s like having a new bike, almost.
